Florida native Ken McKiernan is proud to serve his clients throughout the most significant financial transaction of their lives: the purchase or sale of their home. Ken brings his specialized experience in new home sales for one of America’s largest new homebuilders, where he developed invaluable expertise counseling people through exciting new property builds. Inspired to grow his potential and serve a broader market, Ken transitioned to the high-performing team at Arista Realty, where he extends his elevated care to homebuyers, sellers, and investors alike throughout Greater Gainesville.

 

Before real estate, Ken earned a bachelor’s degree in digital media production from Florida State University, where he developed his expertise as a videographer, photographer, and video editor. A creative visionary, Ken taps into his digital media talents to market listings with eye-catching photos that showcase properties and inspire potential buyers. His extensive insights on new residential communities and existing neighborhoods are essential to helping his clients successfully navigate the Gainesville real estate market.

 

Away from real estate, Ken can be found working on home improvement projects around his property or making funny and creative videos with friends. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends at the local restaurants and bars, soaking up the sun-filled beaches, and rooting for the Florida Gators.
