Theresa's real estate journey took off when she did some incredible stuff at the University of Florida's Office of Real Estate. They were so impressed that they helped her get her Real Estate Sales Associates License. While she's still rocking her job at UF, her heart beats for real estate, and she's excited to jump on board with our team at Arista Realty! Theresa and her family have deep roots in Gainesville, where they've spent most of their lives. They cherish their neighborhood off Millhopper Road and relish escapes to their cabin on Lake Santa Fe.

When they're not at home, Theresa, Chuck, and their furry friend Chili Pepper delight in outdoor adventures like boating, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. Their commitment to the community shines through their support of local charities, including the March of Dimes, Gainesville Area Women's Network, Alachua County Public Schools, The Mighty Food Bank, and various pet rescue organizations throughout Alachua and its neighboring counties.
